Ingredients

1 cup + 2 tbsp. brown rice flour mix

2 tbsp. sweet rice flour

2 tbsp. granulated sugar

1/2 tsp. xanthan gum

1/4 tsp. salt

6 tbsp. unsalted butter, not margarine, cut into 6 pieces

1 large egg

2 tsp. orange or lemon juice
