Ingredients
3/4 lb. new (baby) potatos, cut in half
1/2 lb. sugar snap peas, trimmed
2 tbsp. butter
3-4 small onions, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2-3 tbsp. chopped fresh mint
salt and pepper
Directions
Step 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add potatoes and cook 20 minutes or until tender. Add peas during last two minutes of cooking time. Drain.
Step 2
Heat butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and cook 5 minutes or until tender. Add potatoes, peas, nutmeg and mint. Toss to coat well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
