Ingredients

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 cup shredded carrots

1 cup sliced scallions

2 cups cored and chopped unpeeled apples

3 cups cooked brown rice

1/2 cup raisins

1 tbsp. sesame seeds

1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

Step 1

Heat oil over medium high heat. Saute carrots 3-5 minutes.

Step 2

Add scallions and apples, cook 3-5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients, cook stirring 1-2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
