Ingredients

8 squares (8oz) unsweetened chocolate

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter

2 cups sugar

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup whipping cream

1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Step 1

Melt chocolate and butter. Add sugar butter, milka and whipping cream. Stir until well blended. Cook over low heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Stir in vanilla. Server immediately or store in tight container in the fridge. Reheat just before serving.

Note

Can be used for dessert fondue.
