Ingredients
6 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
1 unpacked 9-inch pie shell
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Step 1
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Put peaches in pie shell. Beat eggs lightly, then blend in sugar and flour. Stir in cream and vanilla. Pour over peaches. Bake 40-50 minutes or until set. Serve warm or chilled.
