From: Bob's Red Mill Paleo Baking Flour

Ingredients

1 cup paleo flour

3/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

2 eggs

1/3 cup milk

1 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted

2 tsp honey or maple syrup

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Preheat skillet to medium heat. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Add dry ingredients and whisk together thoroughly. If batter seems too thick, add a little more milk. Portion about 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto the skillet. Cook for about 4 minutes, flip and cook for 3 minutes.
