Orange Ginger Spread
Directions
In a small bowl stir together 1/2 cup orange marmalade, 1/2 cup crushed pineapple (drained), and 1/2 tsp. ground ginger.
Maple Molasses Syrup
Directions
In a small sauce pan over low heat heat 1 1/2 cups maple syrup, 1/2 cups molasses until warm.
Spiced Blueberry Syrup
Directions
Heat together 1 cup maple syrup, 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries, and a dash of cinnamon. Mash very slightly.
