Ingredients

1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped or 1.5 cups chopped fresh nectarine, papaya, or pineapple

1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper

1/4 chopped red onion

1/4 olive oil

3 tbsp. lime juice

2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

1 garlic clove, minced

1-2 tsp. chopped jalapeño

Directions

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill.
