Diet? tips add up! switching over to whole wheat is soehtming I will consider. Here are my lazy tips that worked for me (7lbs lost in 3 weeks): no sugar in coffee and only milk, cut out my morning bagel completely, lunch  two fruits with drizzled yogourt or two devilled eggs or cheese sticks with avocodo, hot water with lemon every other day, throw away pizza and sandwich crusts, 3 nights a week eat salads loaded with vegs, when making a sandwich use one slice and cut in half.
