Ingredients

3 cups RYZE Yellow Flour Blend

3/4 teaspoon salt

4 teaspoons active dry yeast

1 1/3 cups warm water

1 large egg or 1 tablespoon flax meal combined with 3 tablespoons hot water

2 tablespoons olive oil, more to brush the pizza

1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar

Directions

Step 1

Combine flour blend and salt. Mix well. Add the yeast and mix together. Add water, egg, olive oil and vinegar and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes or until smooth. Oil 2 sheets of parchment. Divide dough in two and spread one portion on each sheet of parchment. Cover with oiled plastic wrap and press each one into a very large circle or rectangle. Dough should be quite thin. It will rise a little as it rests.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 425. Let pizza rise while oven preheats. Brush the top with olive oil. Cover with toppings as desired and bake 15 to 18 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.

Step 3

Cool slightly and serve. Pizza can be reheated (about 5 minutes in a 350-degree oven).
