Thanks all!I'm not purposely kinpeeg you all in suspense re: the shooting story, I really am this crazy busy! Soon, I promise!I'm more or less fine now  I actually felt worse yesterday than on Monday, because my back started spasming and generally hurting, but then it went "click click CLICK" and now it feels much better. Heat beans.  Place 1 tsp beans in the center of every circle, and sprinkle with cheese. Fold the circles in half and seal first with fingers than with fork tines.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups flour

1 cup cornmeal

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

1/3 cup butter, softened

1/2 cup milk

1 can re-fried beans

1/2 cup shredded cheese

Directions

Step 1

Heat oven to 400. Pulse dry ingredients and butter in a food processor for 2 minutes, until combined. This is crytasl clear. Thanks for taking the time!
