Makes: 40 cookies (really 32)

Active Time: 45 minutes

Total Time: 1 hour

From: Ryze Gluten-Free Flour Mix (blue bag)

Ingredients

2 cups Ryze Flour Mix (blue bag)

1 teaspoon baking soda

8 ounces unsalted butter (2 sticks)

3/4 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons vanilla

3/4 cup granulated sugar

3/4 cup packed brown sugar

2 cups gluten-free semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Line 4 cookie sheets with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 375.

Step 2

In medium-sized bowl, combine flour and baking soda. Set aside.

Step 3

In large mixing bowl, cream butter. Add the salt and vanilla and beat. Add in the sugars. Beat until the mixture is smooth. Add the eggs and beat. Add the flour, half at a time. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Step 4

Drop the tablespoons of cookie dough about 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake 12-14 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool completely before removing from cookie sheets.
