Prepare custard. In a large bowl, whisk eggs until blended. Whisk in milk, half and half, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Set aside.

Preslice, cover pan,and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees to warm through.

4 Tbsp. Buttermilk Blend

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 Tbsp. sugar

1 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/4 tsp. salt

1 egg

1 cup milk

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
