Ingredients
3 Eggs
1 cup 1/2&1/2
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups chopped broccoli or asparagus
8 unbaked frozen tartlet shells
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs.
Step 2
add 1/2&1/2, mix well. Add green onions, cheddar and broccoli and mix well. Filling can be prepared up to two hours ahead.
Step 3
Spoon filling into tartlet shells. Place shells three inches apart on a baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake tarlets until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about thirty minutes. Let stand for several minutes before serving.
