Ingredients
1 lb firm tofu
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup low-sodium tamari
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. pepper

Step 1
Cut tofu in thirds horizontally and then cut into 1-inch strips.
Wow! What a ride. In June I completed the USA Four Corners Tour of the USA. 12,500 miles. I waetnd to knock off as many outstanding motorcycling roads as I could. I discovered the BOTG on line and added it to my itinerary. It was terrific. What a great road. Endless tight turns. Great scenery and vistas. The general area has many other scenic roads to explore.
