Ingredients
1 Pizza Dough
Cheese for topping
1 to 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. olive oil
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. oregano
Directions
Step 1
Mix together cheeses, egg and pepper. Spread over dough. Sprinkle Mozzarella or other cheese over topping. Mix oil, garlic and oregano. Drizzle over the cheese. Bake 20-25 degrees until crust is golden brown.
