Ingredients
1 Pie Crust
5 large tart apples
1 pint black-berries, optional
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick?)
1/2 cup sour cream
Directions
Step 1
Heat oven to 400 degrees f. Put crush in 9 inch pan. Add apple in thick slices and blackberries. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Step 2
In a separate bowl mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg. Cut in butter until crumbly. Spoon over apples.
Step 3
Spread sour-cream over the top. Bake 25 minutes. Reduce temp to 350 degrees. Bake 20-25 minutes longer or until apples are tender. Allow to cool.
