Ingredients
1 cup maple syrup
10 2/3 tbsp. butter
Step 1
Cook syrup to 236 degrees (soft ball forms when syrup is dripped into ice water).
Step 2
Add butter and beat with beater until thick and creamy. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
Step 3
Store in refrigerator.
