Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract
Directions
Step 1
Cream the butter with the sugar. Mix in the egg. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to butter alternating with milk and extracts.
Step 2
Butter (loaf pan)?. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
