1⁄4 cup soy sauce&lt;br /&gt;

2 tbsp. sugar&lt;br /&gt;

Kosher salt, to taste&lt;br /&gt;

1 lb. green beans, trimmed&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2 tbsp. rice vinegar&lt;br /&gt;

2 tbsp. finely chopped scallions&lt;br /&gt;

2 tsp. minced fresh ginger&lt;br /&gt;
