1 Pie Crust&lt;br /&gt;

5 large tart apples&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 pint black-berries, optional&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 tbsp. lemon juice&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3/4 cup sugar&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1/3 cup flour&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 tsp. cinnamon&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 tsp. salt&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 tsp. nutmeg&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick?)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cup sour cream&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Heat oven to 400 degrees f.  Put crush in 9 inch pan.  Add apple in thick slices and blackberries.  Sprinkle with lemon juice.&lt;br /&gt;

== Step 2 ==&lt;br /&gt;
In a separate bowl mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg.  Cut in butter until crumbly.  Spoon over apples.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Spread sour-cream over the top.  Bake 25 minutes.  Reduce temp to 350 degrees.  Bake 20-25 minutes longer or until apples are tender.  Allow to cool.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
