2 cups all-purpose flour&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 1/2 cups White whole wheat flour&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 teaspoon sea salt&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 teaspoon baking soda&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 cup Raisins&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 1/2 cups nonfat or low-fat buttermilk&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2 tablespoons molasses&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a twelve-cup muffin pan with vegetable cooking spray.&lt;br /&gt;

In a large bowl, whisk together both flours, salt, and baking soda. Stir in raisins. Make a well in the center.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

In a liquid measuring cup, mix buttermilk with molasses. Pour into well in dryingredients and stir just until incorporated.&lt;br /&gt;
