1 cup paleo flour&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3/4 tsp baking soda&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 tsp salt&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2 eggs&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1/3 cup milk&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2 tsp honey or maple syrup&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 tsp vanilla extract&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Preheat skillet to medium heat. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.  In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Add dry ingredients and whisk together thoroughly.  If batter seems too thick, add a little more milk.  Portion about 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto the skillet.  Cook for about 4 minutes, flip and cook for 3 minutes.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
