1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 cup diced fresh fennel bulb&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger root&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 Tbsp. minced red or green hot chili peppers&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 Tbsp. sugar&lt;br /&gt;
