=Ingredients=
2 medium sweet potatoes

2 tsp. vegetable oil

1 tsp. sugar

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

== Step 1 ==
Heat oven to 400 degrees.  Coat a cooking sheet with vegetable spray.

== Step 2 ==
Cut potatoes into thin slices and place in a bowl.  Pour oil into hands, gently rub onto potatoes.  Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, tossing in bowl to coat evenly.  Place slices in single layer on prepared baking sheet, bake 20 minutes, turn chips over, bake until chips slightly crisp, about 5 minutes.  Transfer to plate, cool 5 minutes, serve.
