=Ingredients=
1 cup maple syrup

10 2/3 tbsp. butter

== Step 1 ==
Cook syrup to 236 degrees (soft ball forms when syrup is dripped into ice water).


== Step 2 ==
Add butter and beat with beater until thick and creamy.  Makes about 1 1/2 cups.

== Step 3 ==
Store in refrigerator.
