=Ingredients=
2 1/4 cup flour

2 cups brown sugar

1 cup peanut butter

1/2 butter, softened

1 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1 cup milk

1 tsp. vanilla

3 eggs

1 cup chocolate chips

== Step 1 ==
Preheat oven to 350, grease 9x13 pan.
In large bowl combine until crumbly flour, brown sugar, peanut butter, butter.  Reserve 1 cup.

== Step 2 ==
Add baking powder, soda, milk, vanilla, eggs.  Mix well.

== Step 3 ==
Pour into pan.  Sprinkle with chocolate chips.  Pat down gently.  Sprinkle with 1 cup reserved crumbs.

== Step 4 ==
Cook until done - 'till a toothpick comes out clean.  Start with 30 minutes - but more likely 45.
