Heat oven to 400.  Pulse dry ingredients and butter in a food processor for 2 minutes, until combined.

Allow mascarpone cheese and butter to stand at room temperature 30 minutes.  In large mixing bowl beat cheese, butter, honey and vanilla with mixer on medium until light and fluffyGradually add 1 cup of the sugar, beating wellGradually beat in remaining sugar to reach spreading consistency.

5 oz. mascarpone or creme cheese (2/3 cup)

1/4 cup honey

1/2 tsp. vanilla

3-3 1/4 cups powdered sugar

Step 1

Allow mascarpone cheese and butter to stand at room temperature 30 minutes. In large mixing bowl beat cheese, butter, honey and vanilla with mixer on medium until light and fluffy. Gradually add 1 cup of the sugar, beating well. Gradually beat in remaining sugar to reach spreading consistency.
