Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 large egg

Step 1
Mix together. Drop teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 12 minutes.
To make it fancy: top with chocolate kisses or make crisscross marks with a fork dipped in flour, or sugar if you're trying to keep them gluten free!
