Ingredients
2 oz. white chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup cup butter, softened
2 Tbs. raspberry preserves
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1-3 tablespoons cream
Directions
Step 1
In small sauce pan melt chocolate over medium heat, cool. Meanwhile in large mixing bowl, beat butter until creamy. Beat in preserves and vanilla. Gradually beat in powdered sugar and cooled white chocolate. Add cream until spreadable.
