Ingredients
3 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. instant yeast
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup warm milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1 large egg
1 cup cinnamon chips
cinnamon/sugar for topping
Directions
Step 1
In a large bowl mix together the flour, sugar, yeast, cinnamon, salt, baking powder. In a separate bowl whisk together the milk, butter an egg. Combine wet and dry ingredients beating until smooth. Stir in cinnamon chips. Let batter rest at room temperature for 1 hour.
Step 2
Stir the batter down and then spoon into greesed 8.5x4.5 loaf pan. Sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar.
